The Parish Council meets at intervals of 6 weeks. It meets in the Beaumont Village Hall on Mondays at 7pm. The meeting dates are posted here and on the notice board at Brooklynne Farm Shop. The Agenda is also posted there 7 days before the meeting. Meetings are open to the public. Agenda items should be conveyed through the Clerk or to a Parish Councillor. Only Agenda items can be decided at a Parish Council meeting.

A Public Session is provided at the start of each meeting which provides the opportunity to share matters with Parishioners which need to be debated or resolved. These matters then become part of future agendas or the Clerk can act on issues where appropriate. Many such issues can be processed in between meetings. The Parish Council encourages local involvement, particularly in positive issues which benefit our Village
